Everyone, I want you to know this situation is very different from our ask for help. I should have mentioned this earlier. Bill and I are not only the groom's parents but also stepping up for Cassie's parents, who are no longer with us. Planning this event has been bittersweet as we move forward with the union of these two kids, as her parents would have wanted for her. Bill and I are trying to provide as much as possible. However, there is so much we can't do, so I turned to my friends and family to unite as a community and help raise these two to transition from young kids to young adults.
